PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-handed kitchen knife which can perform both actions of pressing and cutting concurrently by the kitchen knife independently and can do the cutting work easily in one hand. SOLUTION: A lever 4 which can be grasped together with a handle is formed on the handle. A lever operation of the repetition of grasping and opening is delivered to a mechanism inside the handle.
