<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide an action improvement system used for improving the action of a person by giving awareness about the action on various sides in view of the improvement of the action. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An action improvement system for improving actions by using terminals connected to a LAN in a company. The system is characterized in that the goal of action improvement is determined, an action plan for realizing the goal is made, self-check of the action plan is periodically performed by each member to notice the growth of the action of each member, the results of the diagnosis interviews answered by each member and a diagnoser are compared by using the same diagnosis interview sheet, each member notices the difference between the evaluations of the member and diagnoser, each member notices improvement of the member's action in the situation among the members by using a bulletin board function, and each member can obtain awareness to be done by each member thanks to the advice of the professional adviser.</p> |
