<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct optimum control operation conforming to an abnormal state by automatically moving to the control operation previously set in accordance with the combination of an operation state when abnormality is detected and the detected abnormal items. <P>SOLUTION: A power generation device has a fuel cell body 7 generating electric power by electrochemical reaction of fuel gas and air.
