PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage memorandum information according to a situation or the like at registration time, and to properly provide the memorandum information according to a surrounding situation to utilize it.

SOLUTION: At an input mode of the memorandum information, at least one wireless ID acquired through a wireless communication part 12 and the memorandum information received through a key operation part 60 are associated and recorded in a recording medium 42. In an output mode of the memorandum information, the memorandum information to be outputted is retrieved from the recoding medium 42 with at least the one wireless ID acquired through the wireless communication part 12 as key information, and the retrieved memorandum information is outputted through an image output processing part 31 and an LCD 32.
