<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium silicate formed body capable of keeping high bending strength even when industrial waste is used to be 50% or more as a raw material, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The calcium silicate formed body is manufactured by mixing calcium silicate formed body raw materials containing a siliceous raw material, a calcareous raw material, paper making sludge and a reinforcing fiber so that the molar ratio of an Al component to an Si component satisfies Al/(Al+Si)=7-15%, dehydrating and forming mixed slurry obtained by mixing the raw material with water and hydrothermally reacting the resultant formed body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
