<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder that eliminates the need to add special constitution, minimizes facility introduction costs, and provides a driver with driving instructions. <P>SOLUTION: A position, a time, and movement information on a vehicle are received from an AVM-ECU 2 mounted on the vehicle and recorded, and recorded on a CF card as a nonvolatile recording means when predetermined conditions are met, so no special constitution needs to be added, the facility introduction costs are reduced, and wiring connections etc., are easily made as compared with conventional ones.
