PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control circuit for a secondary battery which exhibits superior charge efficiency and has excellent constant power charging characteristics in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In a structure in which the voltage of a DC power source is applied to a secondary battery via a voltage control part, a circuit for detecting charging voltage and charging current comprising resistors and a current control current source is provided between the output voltage terminals of the voltage control part to feed back the voltage variable corresponding to the charging current to the voltage control part to control the charging voltage.
