TRANSPARENT ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELDING FILM, OPTICAL FILTER, AND PLASMA DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electromagnetic wave shielding film having excellent optical characteristic and electromagnetic wave shielding function for controlling cracks of a titanium oxide layer for an initial period and for a longer period, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same shielding film. SOLUTION: The transparent electromagnetic wave shielding film comprises a laminated structure formed by alternately laminating a titanium oxide layer and a metal layer at least to one surface of a transparent polymer film. In this transparent electromagnetic wave shielding film, at least one layer of the titanium oxide layer is formed in the total thickness of 40 nm or more because a plurality of divided layers are laminated in the thickness less than 40 nm. A plurality of divided layers are formed of a layer including alcohol soluble polyamide and a layer not including the same. Moreover, at least a layer nearest to the transparent polymer film is formed as the layer including alcohol soluble polyamide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
