PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report information for another vehicle to a driver according to the traveling state of one's own vehicle. SOLUTION: When an attentive intersection determination part 12 determines approach of the own vehicle to a blind attentive intersection and the vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 4 is a predetermined vehicle speed or less, information for another vehicle received by a radio communication device 1 is displayed on a display 7, but not displayed on the display 7 when the vehicle speed is higher than the predetermined vehicle speed.
