PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which maintains a good ejection property by reducing a consumption amount of ink, and a liquid jet device. SOLUTION: A first member 21 and a second member 26 are bonded to be fixed with a filter 27 therebetween. The filter 27 is provided to a joint region between the second member 26 and the first member 21 and is disposed in a filter chamber 31 which is a space of which the inner diameter is greater than that of the other region.
