PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history information recording device and a program for efficiently checking the accessibility of content on a WWW without making it necessary to request confirmation once finishing the confirmation of items whose confirmation used to be requested each time checking the accessibility of content in a conventional manner. SOLUTION: This history information recording device is configured to store history information as information showing that a user has confirmed items in the past in checking the accessibility of a Web page by using a check tool, and to refer to the stored check history information, and to output the check result in checking the same Web page by using a check tool for efficiently correcting it.
