PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample support for a high accumulation biochip capable of arranging biomolecules, DNA or the like in a high accumulation degree to observe and analyze the same using a transmission electron microscope. SOLUTION: The sample support is equipped with a conductive thin film 10 and a plurality of microstructures 12 each of which contains a noble metal element and is provided to the conductive thin film 10 so as to be partially embedded in the conductive thin film 10.
