PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a heat exchanger capable of relaxing concentration of stress generated according to deformation in expansion and contraction of a tube. SOLUTION: Outer groove parts 115, 125 are formed on tanks 110, 120 for following the deformation of a core part 130 by expansion or contraction of an outward part of the tanks 110, 120 in the longitudinal direction Y of the tanks 110, 120 and for relaxing stress when being deformed in expansion or contraction in the longitudinal direction X of the tube 132, thereby relaxing concentration of stress of the tube 132.
