PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel spray chip capable of substantializing excellent combustion stability of liquefied gas fuel, a fuel combustion device capable of substantializing excellent combustion stability of liquefied gas fuel at a low cost in a short period of construction time, and a fuel combustion method. SOLUTION: In the fuel spray chip, a burner chip 6B provided on a burner is equipped with a chip body 61, a tapered mixing chamber 64 formed on the chip body 61, and at least two injection holes 623 with each of one end opening on the mixing chamber 64 and each of the other end communicating with a fuel flow passage. Injection shafts formed along the axis of the at least two injection holes 623 cross each other inside the mixing chamber 64.
