PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic motor control mechanism for controlling an output rotating speed with high accuracy without using a sensor or an electric system which is susceptible to working environment and increases cost. SOLUTION: The hydraulic motor control mechanism comprises a variable capacity hydraulic motor 12 to which pressure liquid of predetermined pressure is supplied from a constant-pressure hydraulic source 11 and whose discharge capacity is changed with mechanical displacement from the outside to adjust the output, and a command actuator 20 for imparting axial force via a spring 19 to a piston 18 which imparts the mechanical displacement to change the discharge capacity of the variable capacity hydraulic motor. From a throttle 15 which generates a pressure difference in the pressure liquid discharged from the variable capacity hydraulic motor, the pressure liquid for operating the pressure difference is introduced to a cylinder 17 which stored the piston 18 so that the piston 18 can be moved relative to the command actuator 20 in the direction of reducing the discharge capacity of the variable capacity hydraulic motor 12 in proportion as the pressure difference is greater.
