PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly dry urine which is dripped on a floor surface at the peripheral edge of a floor-standing urinal installed in a toilet for being used by many persons, and to eliminate an ammonia odor. SOLUTION: In this equipment, a blast/intake guide box 3, the upper part of which serves as a blast chamber 6 and the lower part of which serves as an intake chamber 7, is arranged and fixed on the outer peripheral wall surface of the urine receiving wall part 2 of the floor-standing urinal 1; many blast pores 9 are drilled into the front wall surface 8 of the blast chamber 6; and many intake pores 10 are drilled in the front wall surface 8 of the intake chamber 7. Additionally, the downstream side of a blast pipe 11 communicates with the blast chamber 6 in an opened state; a blast fan 14 and an electric heater 15 are mounted in the proper positions of the blast pipe 11; the upstream side of an intake pipe 16 communicates with the intake chamber 7 in an opened state; and an intake fan 19 and a deodorizing member 20 are mounted in the proper positions of the intake pipe 16.
