PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous filter screen not degraded by accumulation of filtering work, keeping stable filtering performance and filtering accuracy over a long period, easy to remove clogging and having further superior durability. SOLUTION: There is provided a fibrous filter screen formed by stretching, aligning in parallel and laminating a number of liquid crystal-spun poly-p-phenylenebenzoxazole fibers.
