PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a rotary joint is provided at the rotation center of a sealed rotary tube, and a plurality of flow passages and charge ports are provided in the rotary joint. SOLUTION: The rotary joint (8) is fitted to the space between the rotary tube (1) and a crushing apparatus box (4), an outer cylindrical joint (9) and an inner cylindrical joint (10) are doubly composed at the rotation center of the rotary joint (8). The outer cylindrical joint (9) is fixed to the front part of the rotary tube (1), so as to be linked, and the inner cylindrical joint (10) is fixed to the back part of the crushing apparatus box (4), so as to be supported. A screw (12) is supported into the crushing apparatus box (4) by bearings (13), so as to be rotated. The screw (12) is inserted into the rotation center at the inside of the inner cylindrical joint (10), and each sealing material (14) is provided at the space between the outer cylindrical joint (9) and the inner cylindrical joint (10). A plurality of air flow passages (15) and warm water (or waver vapor) flow passages (16) are provided in the outer cylindrical joint (9) and the inner cylindrical joint (10).
