PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographed image of high quality optimized to medical diagnosis or the like in such constitution that image quality deterioration by the effects of electromagnetic noise and vibration due to grid movement is prevented. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a radial ray generating means to generate a radial ray, a photography button to give a request for radiation of the radial ray to the radial ray generating means, a sensor composed of a plurality of photography elements to convert the radial ray into an electric signal, and a control means to control the radial ray generating means and the sensor. The control means determines at least either of the time for starting radiation of the radial ray or the time for starting accumulation of electric charges at the plurality of the photography elements based on the request for generation of the radial ray by means of the photography button.
