Various arrangements of carrier trays and carriers for data storage devices, such as disk drives, are disclosed. The arrangements of carrier trays and carriers are arranged to be rigid, and therefore more resistant to vibration arising from operation of the data storage device in the tray and neighbouring data storage devices, and/or easier to use.
