Laminated noise suppressing panel is composed of two outer layers having different hardness and an intermediate layer which is soft and flexible, the layer which is softer being placed adjacent a wall which is to be protected. Used for motor vehicle bodies. Laminated panel has low bulk density and is capable of damping out surges of coincidence noise.
