A pneumatic snow tire and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve handling and brake performance on a road surface and an ice surface by forming a blade of high thermal conductivity. A method for manufacturing a pneumatic snow tire includes the steps of: forming a plurality of grooves(2) at a thread formation portion(1) to form a block at a tire due to the grooves; installing a blade(3) at each of the grooves; providing a green tire in a vulcanization mold in which a kerf is formed in the block; pressing a bladder by compressed air of high temperature and pressure to vulcanize the tire to cause the blade installed in the groove to become a metal of high thermal conductivity. The metal defining the blade is brass, which is alloy of copper 55 to 75 % and zinc 25 to 45 %.
