A wet type air cleaner which improves air cleaning efficiency by spraying a cleaning liquid onto a plurality of filters, thereby forming a cleaning liquid film on the respective filters, and enables maintenance and repairing and internal cleaning operations to be performed easily by housing a filter part and a water tank in a body is provided. A wet type air cleaner comprises: a casing(10) which is formed in an upper face-opened box shape, and has a water tank housing chamber(11), an air flowing chamber(12) and a filter housing chamber(13) sequentially formed from a lower side in an inner space, an induction projection(14) formed on an upper part of the water tank housing chamber, a suction port(15) formed in a side face of the air flowing chamber, and a guide projection(16) formed on a lower part of the filter housing chamber; a cover(20) which has a discharge port(21), and is inserted into an upper surface of the casing; a water tank(30) in which a cleaning liquid is stored, and which is housed in the water tank housing chamber; a filter part(40) comprising a plurality of tubular filters(42) and a filter bracket(41); a cleaning liquid supply part(50) comprising a suction pipe(53), a pump(51), a supply pipe(54), and a spray pipe(52); and a blowing part(60) installed in the air flowing chamber to clean the indoor air by forcibly blowing indoor air to the filter part through the air flowing chamber.
