A heat radiation pipe assembly for a hypocaust floor is provided to improve an assembly and reduce a material consumption by transferring a heat through a contact of the heat radiation pipe with a warm water pipe without a specific joint device. A heat radiation pipe assembly for a hypocaust floor includes a heat radiation member(230), and a warm water pipe(100). The heat radiation member has a heat radiation pipe(231), and a heat radiation plate(236) which is integratedly formed on an upper outer circumference plane of the heat radiation pipe. The warm pipe is inserted into the heat radiation pipe to be arranged. An outer diameter of the warm pipe is smaller than an inner diameter of the heat radiation pipe, and performs a heat transfer through a contact with the heat radiation pipe. A chock(233) which closely adheres the warm water pipe to an inner circumference plane of the heat radiation pipe is formed on the inner circumference plane of the heat radiation pipe.
