<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer assisted orthopedic surgical procedure (CAOS) which is configured so as to perform communication with another electronic system or a network such as a network of a hospital and can make access to electronic data such as a medical record stored in another electronic system or a network and an analog thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A computer assisted surgery system 10 includes a controller 12 configured to display images of the surgical procedure according to a workflow plan. The controller 12 is configured to retrieve data and determine the workflow plan based on the data.
