<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device for a vehicle capable of vibrating and welding a frame body and a reinforcing member on an interior panel at uniform strength and eliminating the thermal deformation and discoloration of a product caused by to heat in vibrational welding. <P>SOLUTION: This air bag device for the vehicle is constituted so that first welding ribs 352, 353 projected and provided on connecting surfaces 351a, 351b of a connecting flange 351 of the frame body 35 are extended in length in the vibrating direction in vibrational welding, a second welding rib 364 projected and provided on the connecting surface 363a of a reinforcing piece 363 of the reinforcing member 36 is extended in length in the vibrating direction in vibrational welding, and especially, a length extending in the vibrating direction of these first welding ribs 352, 353 and second welding rib 364 becomes more than three times of an amplitude in vibrational welding. Additionally, passages 354, 355 to make a cooling fluids flow along the first welding ribs are provided on the connecting surface of the connecting flange 351 and a passage 365 to make the cooling fluid flow along the second welding rib is provided on the connecting surface of the reinforcing piece 363. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
