<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new glycoglycerolipid, and a melanin formation inhibitor, a cosmetic and a food containing the new glycoglycerolipid. <P>SOLUTION: The new glycoglycerolipid is represented by chemical formula (I) (wherein, the acyl group of 7,10-hexadecadienic acid can be counterchanged with the acyl group of 9,12,15-octadecatrienic acid).
