PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually manage the collection conditions of shipped toner cartridges and to calculate a highly accurate collection rate.

SOLUTION: The collection management system of toner cartridges comprises: a storage means for relating and storing identification information for uniquely identifying a toner cartridge individual body and recovery information indicating whether or not the toner cartridge individual body is already collected; a means for registering the identification information of the toner cartridge individual body to be shipped in the storage means when shipping the toner cartridge; a means for registering that the toner cartridge is already collected on the basis of the identification information of the collected toner cartridge individual body when the toner cartridge is collected; and a means for calculating the collection rate of the toner cartridges in a prescribed period of time on the basis of the information stored in the storage means.
