PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance degradation with respect to an access to a Web page due to overlapping of authentication logs or authentication performed several times. SOLUTION: When a request is accepted from a client PC at S1, a current time of day A at the time of accepting the request is acquired at S2; a last access time of day B is acquired at S3; a valid duration (valid time) C is acquired at S4; and when a time after the last access time of day B is subtracted by the current time of day A is equal to the valid duration (valid time) C or shorter at S5, a valid duration decision is OK (within the valid duration) at S6 and an access time of day is updated at S7 to complete the processing. On the other hand, when B-A > C at S5, the valid duration decision becomes NG at S8, expired stored authentication information is deleted from an authentication information storage part at S9 to complete the processing.
