PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass-made mold having a long product-life. SOLUTION: The glass-made mold 1 is provided with a columnar mold body 2, a mold release film 4 and an adhesive film 3, and the mold body 2 is formed substantially of a glass. The mold release film 4 is formed so as to cover one end face of the mold body 2, and the adhesive film 3 is provided between the mold body 2 and the mold release film 4. Those films 3 and 4 are formed so that the total force which the film stress of the mold release film 4 and the film stress of the adhesive film 3 exert to the mold body 2 is in the range of≥-4,000 N/m but≤+4,000 N/m.
