PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shift operation of three-stages or more without enlarging a transmission case. SOLUTION: Moving members 34 and 37 slide along operation shafts 35 and 38 in the sliding direction corresponding to the rotational direction of the operation shafts 35 and 38 by the action of cams 97 and 99 in response to the fact of rotating the operation shafts 35 and 38 around the axis by interlocking with operation of an operation tool 17. Shift gears 33 and 36 are slidingly displaced toward a predetermined operation position by its siding. Connecting end parts 35A and 38A with the operation tool 17 of the operation shafts 35 and 38 are projected so that the projecting length becomes different from the same side surface of the transmission case 4. Connecting members 106 and 109 of connecting mechanisms L1 and L2 for operating and connecting the corresponding operation shafts 35 and 38 to the operation tool 17, are equipped on a fixed shaft 100 parallel to the connecting end parts 35A and 38A, so as to rock with the fixed shaft 100 as a fulcrum in a different position in the axial direction, and to be selectable in connection to the connecting members 106 and 109 by the operation of the operation tool 17.
