PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of realizing daylighting and introducing wind into a room even when an opening part is closed by a shutter curtain and reducing fluttering of a slat. SOLUTION: A lock means is provided in this shutter device constituted in such a way that an opening and closing slat can turn between a slat opened position and a slat closed position, adjacent slats are mutually fitted when the shutter curtain is arranged at a curtain closed position, and fitting of the opening and closing slat comes off when distance over which the shutter curtain moves upward from the curtain closed position exceeds a predetermined length. The lock means is separated from the slat, moves the inside and the outside of a turn possible region in which the opening and closing slat turns, and is detachably fixed in the turn possible region. When the lock means is fixed in the turn possible region, it interferes with turn of the opening and closing slat to lock a turn angle of the opening and closing slat to a predetermined scope. When a turn angle of the opening and closing slat is locked to the predetermined scope by the lock means, fluttering of the slat is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
