PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a quantity of a liquid which cannot be discharged from a container in a spouting device for extracting the liquid. SOLUTION: The spouting device 100 includes a first container 10, a second container 20 placed inside the first container 10, a spout 30 placed outside the container 10, a tube 40 communicating between the second container 20 and the spout 30, and a pressurizing part 50 for applying a pressure to a space 25 between the first and second containers 10 and 20 to have a volume of the second container 20 reduced. The second container 20 has bellows 21 having a first end 21a and a second end 21b, a first end 22 for closing the first end 21a side of the bellows 21, and a second end 24 for closing the second end 21b side of the bellows 21.
