<p>It is described the method of preparation of 2-chloromethyl- tiophene of the formula (I) in the presence of at least one compound containing keto group. The prepared 2-chloromethyl- tiophene is optionally transformed into the 2-thienyl-acetonitrile of the formula (II). The compounds of formula (I) and (II) are intermediates at preparation of various pharmaceutically active substances.</p> |
