It is described (-)-5-(3-Chlorophenyl)-[alpha]-(4- chlorophenyl)-[alpha]-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5- yl)tetrazolo-[1,5-a]quinazoline-7-methanamine and its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, method of their preparation by separation from particular racemic mixtures and the use of such compounds in medicine especially for the treatment of cancer. It is also described a pharmaceutical preparation containing some of these substances and method of preparation thereof.
