A regulator valve of an automatic transmission is provided to absorb abnormal vibration of control pressure of a variable solenoid valve by using a hydraulic damper. A valve spool(20) opens or closes ports(10) connected to an oil pump and combination elements. A return spring(30) is used for operating the valve spool according to force balance relationship with control pressure formed by a variable control solenoid valve. A hydraulic damper(40) is used for absorbing abnormal vibration due to the control pressure formed by the variable control solenoid valve. The hydraulic damper includes a hydraulic damper cylinder(42) connected to a control pressure input port, a hydraulic damper spring(44) installed in the inside of the hydraulic damper cylinder, and a hydraulic damper piston(46) moved by the control pressure of the hydraulic damper cylinder and the elastic force of the hydraulic damper spring.
