A signal processor is provided with a process-selection section (102), a process-execution section (103), a buffer (107) and a buffer-size setting section (108A). The process-selection section (102) selects a signal process to be executed for input data from a plurality of signal processes. The process-execution section (103) executes the signal process selected by the process-selection section (102). The buffer (107) is variable in buffer-size and carries out buffering of the data processed by the process-execution section (103). The buffer-size setting section (108A) sets a buffer-size of the buffer (107) in accordance with a selection result of the process-selection section (102).
