<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ink composition having excellent absorption characteristics in color reproducibility as yellow color of three primary colors, also having sufficient fastness to light, heat, moisture and an active gas in the environment, and hardly causing bronze phenomenon; and to provide an ink set, a recording method and recorded product using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition contains a yellow dye and at least one kind selected from compounds having heterocycles.
