摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical disk on which a super resolution layer corresponding to wavelength change is mounted, and which corresponds to a large capacity, low power consumption and high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium having at least a substrate, a reflection layer formed on a recording surface, an optical information recording layer, the super resolution layer wherein transmittance is reversibly changed as temperature is changed and a protective layer for protecting these layers, a relation of 0.94&lambda;<SB>0</SB>&le;&lambda;<SB>min</SB>&le;1.05&lambda;<SB>0</SB>exists between a wavelength &lambda;<SB>min</SB>having the minimum value of the reflectance in a wavelength region in the spectral reflectance curve of the optical information recording medium and a wavelength &lambda;<SB>0</SB>of a laser beam.
