<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quantitative determination having fewer processes by dispensing with quantitative determination generated in the middle, in a method of quantitatively determining choline. <P>SOLUTION: This method of quantitatively determining choline utilizing a vibration reaction has a characteristic wherein the vibration reaction is a reaction generated by allowing the first solution including hydrogen peroxide and choline to penetrate into the second solution including catalase and choline oxidase through a semi-permeable membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
