<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating contaminants, capable of treating contaminated air and filthy water discharged from an experimental animal-rearing facility by heat-decomposing them with a same single unit so as to sterilize, detoxify and deodorize at the same time by utilizing a catalytic combustion system, and also dissolve the waste of thermal energy and water resource most economically. <P>SOLUTION: This device for treating the contaminants discharged from the experimental animal-rearing facility is provided by arranging a catalytic combustion treatment part 18 at the inside of a housing 17 installed with an introducing port for introducing the contaminated air discharged from the experimental animal-rearing facility 2 and a discharging port of the heated air, and also arranging a treating tube 19 for the filthy water discharged from the experimental animal-rearing facility, in the vicinity of the catalytic combustion treatment part 18 in the housing 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
