<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring oscillator with a comparatively simple configuration from which sufficient oscillated frequency accuracy can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: In the ring oscillator comprising a plurality of differential amplifier circuits (10A) connected in a loop, each differential amplifier circuit (10A) is provided with: a differential transistor pair (11) comprising first and second transistors (111, 112); a first resistor (12) whose one end is connected to a connecting point between the first and second transistors (111, 112) and whose other end is connected to a first voltage node; a second resistor (13) provided between the first transistor (111) and a second voltage node; and a third resistor (14) provided between the second transistor (112) and the second voltage node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
