PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device of vehicle that ensures an excellent traveling performance, prevents disorder of vehicle behaviors caused by unprepared tire slip, and ensures stability of vehicle and reduces driver's burden, under any road surface situations, without the need for a traction control. SOLUTION: In a throttle valve control device 1, an engine output power requirement setting portion 1a sets a characteristic varied according to a road surfaceμ, and an engine output power requirement corresponding to an accelerator opening degree by a method for setting through an intepolation calculation according to a road surfaceμ. An engine torque requirement setting portion 1b sets an engine torque requirement with reference to a preset map, based on number of revolutions of engine, engine output power requirements. A throttle opening degree setting portion 1c sets a throttle opening degree with reference to a preset map, based on the number of revolution of engine, engine output power requirements, and outputs a signal according to the throttle opening degree to a motor 6 for throttle.
