PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission loss when extracting a reception signal from an earphone antenna. SOLUTION: The receiver includes a receiver circuit 32, an earphone jack 31, a detector circuit 35 for detecting whether an earphone 10 is stereo use or monaural use, and a detector circuit 36 for detecting whether the earphone 10 is connected. The antenna terminal A1 of the jack 31 is connected to the antenna input terminal of the receiver circuit 32 through a coupling capacitor C35, and connected to a ground through a high-frequency choke coil L35. Audio terminals E and D of the jack 31 are connected to audio output terminals of the receiver circuit 32 through high-frequency choke coils L31, L32. Detection terminals C and F of the jack 31 are connected to input terminals of the detector circuits 35, and 36 through high-frequency choke coils L33, L34.
