PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a resistor is desired for improving durability to a high pulse voltage of the resistor itself without depending on a protection element. SOLUTION: A highly durable resistor with a high resistance is configured by adjusting the shape, width, length and the like of a resistance path itself without providing a protection element or the like in the resistor. Namely, the highly durable resistor with a high resistance has on a plate-like insulated substrate, a zigzag-shaped non-inductive resistance path whose value goes low towards both terminals and goes high toward a central part with the wide interval between both the terminals.
