PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bayonet plug capable of fastening power supply cords of different diameters with the same clamping force. SOLUTION: The bayonet plug 1 has a cord rest part 10 formed for arranging a power supply cord 7 inside an insertion hole 9 formed at a base 2, and has stair-like screw-hole-forming faces 11 headed inward from the insertion hole 9 formed at either right and left side of the cord rest part 10. Screw holes 12 in opposition to screw insertion holes 14 of a pressing plate 13 are formed at each step of the screw-hole-forming face 11. The cord 7 is placed at the cord rest part 10 and pressed by the pressing plate 13, the fixing screws 15 are inserted into the screw insertion holes 14 at either side, and are screwed down into the screw holes 12 selected from the screw-hole-forming faces 11 in accordance with a thickness of the cord 7 out of the plurality of steps of screw-hole-forming faces 11, whereby the power supply cord 7 is pinched and fixed by the pressing plate 13 and the cord rest part 10.
