PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible housing cartridge capable of stationarily holding a flexible disk in a tray without deforming the flexible disk. SOLUTION: In the cartridge for holding a plurality of trays housing one or more thin flexible disks in a multilayered shape, the tray is provided with a recessed part for housing a thin flexible disk, a cylindrical protruding part whose diameter is slightly shorter than the inner diameter of an inner circumferential edge of the thin flexible disk, is provided on the bottom of the recessed part, and the protruding part is engaged with the inner circumferential edge of the thin flexible disk to thereby stationarily hold the thin flexible disk in the tray.
