PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main valve element from frequently repeating an opening-closing valve. SOLUTION: A trap casing having a valve chest 3 is formed inside by fastening a cover member 2 to a body 1 forming an inlet 4 and an outlet 5. A float 8 for opening and closing a main valve port 6 for communicating with the valve chest 3 and the outlet 5 is controlled to open and close by a piston 10 displaced by opening and closing of a pilot float 19. A throttle valve 22 is arranged in a pilot passage 21 for connecting the pilot float 19 to the piston 10. Fluid pressure on the inlet 4 side is gradually supplied via the throttle valve 22 by opening of the pilot float 19, and the float 8 is opened by displacing the piston 10 with a time lag. Residual pressure of the pilot passage 21 is supplied via the throttle valve 22 even if the pilot float 19 is closed. The float 8 is closed by displacing the piston 10 after the time lag is caused.
