PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable valve lift device of an engine for reducing bulk of the engine. SOLUTION: This continuously variable valve lift device is characterized by having a camshaft arranged on a cylinder head, rotating by interlocking with a crankshaft and having integrally a plurality of cams for opening and closing a suction/exhaust valve, a rotational movement adjusting mechanism for variably adjusting a turning angle by an operation state of the engine and having a first contact part of predetermined curvature on one end, a bearing member for subordinately changing a moving locus by being pressurized by the first contact part between the cams and the rotational movement adjusting mechanism, an elastic member for resiliently opening and closing the exhaust valve between the bearing member, the cams and the rotational movement adjusting mechanism and a rocker arm having a second contact part of predetermined curvature pressurized by contacting with the bearing member, having one end supported by a pivot system by a lash adjusting mechanism and having the other end arranged to pressurize the suction/exhaust valve.
