PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member for a wall panel attaining water cut-off of a joint between upper and lower wall panels even when real fitting between the upper and lower wall panels is not achieved. SOLUTION: Sandwich panels 10 are sequentially stacked from the lower stage side while fitting tongues 11 and grooves 12 and mounted to columns and an existing wall by screws or the like. When there is an overhang 44 such as the eaves and the upper end of the sandwich panel 10 interferes with the overhang 44, the sandwich panel 10 is horizontally cut to the site dimensions, and the cut sandwich panel 10A consisting of a remaining piece on the upper half side is executed.
